Summary: Good sound and very good value
Comment: If you are like me, you probably feel a tad overwhelmed by the huge range of Mp3 players available, and wondering where to begin. First I should say that my own personal requirements were: robustness, good sound, reasonably small size and FM radio (however much music you have, you run the risk of getting bored, so a radio seemed a must).
However I took the plunge and bought this cheap unit, and am delighted. The unit looks and feels better than the pictures and the sound quality is excellent! Bass and treble are clear and very solid. You would be best to upgrade the earphones though to make it worthwhile. I also bought some Koss earphones at the same time, which were better, but (bizarrely) found that the best with the unit are some very cheap earphones, which are strangely very good indeed.
The unit lacks the nifty inbuilt lithium battery, but I can live with that. The range of options seems enormous, and I have not explored these all yet.
Downside?
The manual is in English, as written by Chinese, so is hard going. I also failed to figure out some functions with the limited time I have used to assess this so far. The mode switch is a tad difficult to use, but I guess I will get used to it.
This is definitely as good as I could have possibly hoped for it to be. Very happy to recommend it.

This unit is perhaps worryingly inexpensive, so (like me) you may have wondered whether you should be buying further up the range. First I should say that my own personal requirements were: robustness, good sound, reasonably small size and FM radio (however much music you have, you run the risk of getting bored, so a radio seemed a must). Ignoring all cost considerations then the Sony NWE507 was the other ideal possibility.
However I took the plunge and bought this cheap unit, and am delighted. The unit looks and feels better than the pictures and the sound quality is excellent! Bass and treble are clear and very solid. Summary: Genius
Comment: This is a very clever little device. It's perfectly portable/lightweight and easy to use. Everyone should have one. I've found it can store around 5 albums and about 20 single mp3s. The battery can last for days, even weeks, so playing time is excellent. The sound quality is crisp and the different colours in the display make it fun.
Only one downside is the clock doesn't keep it's time very well, but don't let that put you off...just buy a watch instead.

Summary: great little player
Comment: after ordering it arrived within a couple of days,i found the translation of the instructions a bit confusing so i ignored them and started pushing buttons,the controls are so easy to work out,perfect for someone not too gifted in this department.the sound is great, much better than i expected.and in voice record mode it picks up everything,my only complaint would be with the radio which picked up some interferance but the radio is an extra and not something i would listen to often. all in all a pleasant experience from ordering to listening

Summary: Techsplosion MP3 Player
Comment: Went for this one as it was reasonably priced - didn't want to pay too much. Delivery took some time, almost 2 weeks from original order. Not impressed with the instructions, I couldn't follow them and there was no battery included in the pack. After a good fiddle for about ten minutes I eventually worked out how to use it - very easy even for a non techie like me. The radio is ok, some intereference but the voice recording and the music player are superb. I recorded a meeting and it picked up everything, made note taking easy. Downloading music was simple - stick it in and go - couldn't be easier, the songs play in the order I arranged them. I downloaded 53 songs, just under 6 hours of music - keeps me going in work. Excellent volume and sound on it and its great to take out jogging. I'm really pleased with this little player and can thoroughly recommend it.
