SANDISK 1GB ULTRA II SD CARD User Reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Extortionate delivery charge Comment: I nearly bought 30 of these cards at £0.49 each. Just before i clikced to confirm the order i noticed that the delivery charge was nearly £140!!! Be very careful as no delivery costs are stated until the order is in the confirmation process - I guess its right that you can never look a gift horse in the mouth (without getting a kick up the bum!) Customer Rating: Summary: Cheap as... Comment: just such a good buy. Bought this for my other son and this product simply works right out of the box. Sandisk continue to build a strong reputation as a company that consistently delivers and once again, they don't fail to deliver here. Customer Rating: Summary: SanDisk ULTRA II 1GB SD Memory Card Comment: Great price got one for my Nikon D40 this card has a quick read/write speed writes raw file very fast, and I can plug the card straight into my Toshiba Satalite A100 with NO compatablity problems! Customer Rating: Summary: Rubbish OS support. Comment: I bought the card for my digital camera, which it worked fine in, until i put the card in my USB card reader, and found that the computer couldnt read the card. I tried reading the card in both an Acorn RiscPC with RISC OS 4, and in an Apple MacBook with Mac OS X 10.4. The RISC OS computer could sometimes read it, yet other times it would freeze when i tried to access the card. the Mac couldnt detect it at all, and the card could not be formatted using 'Disk Utility'. The card could be read however when i inserted the card in the camera and connected the camera to the computer. I've not tried the card in a PC yet, but I would assume that it would work. I also have a FujiFilm SD card, which ive had for about 3 years, it can be read by any of the computers, and has never corrupted, lost files, or been incompatible. Customer Rating: Summary: SanDisk ULTRA value for huge memory Comment: My purchase was a re-order having been so pleased with the price, quality and delivery time of the previous purchase. I got this one to be able to upgrade my TomTom SAT NAV system with a new map. It works fine of course- this is a quality product. This size of card sells for 4 or more times this price on other sites and I have seen this exact card affectively 3 times this price when postage is taken into account. If you need a 1GB card just buy it you won't regret it!
