My wife is very happy with it. Also, the cartridges are so easy to refill - a cleaner job than refilling for my two Canon IP4000 printers. Often, simplicity is a winner. I think the print quality is poor. the writing or pictures come out very light, even on photo setting. It is cheap but you get what you pay for.
