Summary: good quality at a good price
Comment: I bought a 100 pk of these a little while ago and have used about 60+ of them without problem, not one has failed so far and I have used Verbatim CDs and DVDs more or less exclusively for several years with very low failure rates. As good as it gets with this kind of product, I guess.
Recording/storage success will also depend on the hardware and software used with the DVDs.

Summary: Great value discs, great amazon service
Comment: These disks work out at 17p each, great value and I find verbatim discs to be very reliable. The shrink wrap is the newer orange one not the one in the picture. My cake box arrived cracked, first time I'd had a problem with an order from amazon. They replied to my e-mails I sent on Friday evening and I had a replacement item on Monday morning, returned the broken box in the box it came in with a returns label I printed on the computer, had to take it to the post office but didn't have to pay postage, really excellent replacement service.

Comment: I have purchased this particular brand and pack size from Amazon on several occasions. Everytime i have found the quality to be outstanding and the price unbelievable. I do use quite a few discs and as to date i have never had a problem with the quality of verbatim.

Summary: Poor quality
Comment: I have used Verbatim on numerous occasions in the past and always been very happy with the item. This particular spindle , however, is of extremely poor quality. Keep coming up with error message "disc is dirty".Other blank dvd's I have still work fine with my Sony HDD recorder, so definitely the fault of the discs. Packaging is also different to picture displayed.
I have just noticed another poor review. Recommend purchase of alternative brand until quality control issues resolved on this item.

Comment: These Verbatim blank discs are the best.. never have had to throw any out 100% burn success rate.
