Works flawlessly. Ignore the chap who says it won't work. Customer Rating: Summary: Miscalculation on extending your existing cable length. Comment: Belkin claims, printed on the rear of this item, that this cable can extend your existing USB cable by 10 feet. Since this cable is 5 metres, it is by my reckoning, equivalent to 16 feet which is the maximum length before data starts petering out. This means that with this cable extending your own, you face possible loss of data.Buy a shorter extension cable or better still purchase an active extender or repeater cable.
