Comment: It worked about 4 or 5 times...then went to use again and green light would not light up to say ready.Machine is cold to touch and after 20 mins plugged in red light still on to say not ready.Utter waste of money ! Do not recommend

Summary: Easy to use and good results
Comment: Really easy to use and very good results. Simply turn it on, select the pouch thickness, wait for a few mins for it to heat up, feed in the filled pouch and a short time later out comes the laminated result. This was smooth, clear and without bubbles.
Instructions say not to put multiple items into a single pouch; however, we've not had any problems doing this and it reduces waste and time.
This doesn't come with any pouches, so don't forget to add some to your basket - Swordfish Starter Pack Pouches 2x75 mic (Box 50)

Comment: After reading the other reviews and looking at the price I thought it would be worth it. I also bought the Swordfish pouches. Used it the first time, it worked wonderfully, then I put the 2nd one in and it kinkled it. The 3rd one disappeared into it and never came out again.

Summary: COMPACT and EASY
Comment: Just bought this little machine and as a first time user was very pleased at how easy it was to use. It's small and compact and does a brilliant job. As a photographer I use only the best equipment but never costs the earth. I laminated some old photo's I had and I ended up with a beautiful smooth finish. I will most certainly have a great time using this little machine which is also very quiet. Low price, high quality.

Summary: Faulty on/off switch & overheating?
Comment: This looked like a good buy but on trying to use the laminator for the first time the on/off switch was dodgy. It started to heat up and after about 4 minutes or so started to emit quite a bit of toxic smelling smoke with no signs of it slowing down/ burning off because it was the first use.
