Summary: too restrictive to be of any use
Comment: you might as well put your camera in a bubble warp bag and cut a hole for the lens.
all the buttons are covered so unless you are super familiar with them then you wont know where they are as you cant tell with the armour on.it even restricts the dials too.
and you also limit the mounting of the camera too as there is a 10mm lip around the bottom of the armour which will foul on a tripod mount.
if you want protection, buy a waterproof bag, even if you drop the camera with this on , the chances are the lens will break due to the sudden impact.
if you do really want this , be prepared to get the scissors out to adapt it to suit.
not recommended for semi pro and above, ok for timid owners with a good pair of scissors.

Comment: Firstly, service was great, received this item within a few days.
Product, well the actual body armour is very good, it is robust and will be a godsend to any photographer that will be using his/her camera on a very regular basis. However, don't rely on the lens hood, it just does not stay in place and often falls off after repeated focusing.
I'm happy with this product because it protects the body (camera), it is worth having just for that. Totally forget the hood.
