TomTom ONE XL Alternative Mount Kit User Reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Broke after very little use Comment: We were very pleased with this mount as it was far better than the one supplied BUT only for a while as it broke after very little use. The suction cap broke right off from the arm. I am now tring to find an alternative replacement Customer Rating: Summary: XL 30 series owners beware Comment: Very good product but NOT if you own a Tom Tom XL 30 series. Impossible without 'bodging it'. NOT DESIGNED for the new EasyPort mount. Shame. However because it is mounted on a flexible arm it vibrates annoyingly (making it hard to read) on all but the smoothest roads. Besides, I think it is totally wrong that TomTom continue to sell a product that has an inadequate mount and then expect you to pay £15.25 (which is cheapest from Amazon by the way, normally £19.99)for an alternative. My solution will be to look round at other makes of sat-nav when I replace;this is agreat pity because the product itself is a good one.
