Occasional paper jam when new turns constant after a year of light use. Managed to trick printer into working by using thinner paper but it found me out! Printer is now unable to print because of paper jams. Still using original ink cartridge. Complete waist of time and money. Customer Rating: Summary: Good choice Comment: This laser BW printer is really small, cheap and rather fast. After 3000 copies started to load 2 A4 papers simultaneously out of 20-30 loads. I had to change the 80 g/m2 paper with a thicker 90 g/m2 paper to fix the problem. The software wizard for the front/rear manual prints is very nice.
