Comment: My experience with Techsplosion:
Product Arrived Broken - spoke to rude person on phone, no apology sent item back. Two weeks after item had been received by them I had heard nothing; they did not bother to reply to my emails and were unreachable by phone.

After filing a complaint to Amazon I managed to receive the full refund. A week later I was emailed by the company, who apologised for their actions and told me to change the feedback I had given them, I would not so I was told I would only receive the money I had paid to post the product back until I had, when I pointed out this was similar to blackmail I was told this was extortion by the incredibly rude person on the phone.

In short, be aware of the risk with this company, they are rude, lie, do not honour promises. And this has happened on many occasions reading their feedback.
