Summary: Jams a lot
Comment: My old Samsung laser work for years without problem. I replaced it with an ML1915 and am fed up of seeing the paper jam message popping up on the screen. I wouldn't buy again.

Comment: Printer is fairly quick, not too noisy and gives excellent print-outs. However, the Smart Panel has limited options for Mac users. As a downloader of crosswords, one reason for its selectiion was that it offered a toner saver facility. This, together with direct screen printing, are not available for the Mac and therefore would probably have bought another printer if known at the time.

Summary: Samsung M1-1915 mono laser printer
Comment: This is the best value mono laser printer I have used. It is fast, quiet and so easy to install. If you don't need colour printing and want to save on cartridges this will save you as the toner will last much much longer than ink cartridges.
